In a change of pace from our recent St Patrick's Day and Valentine's Day infographics, here's something you can apply all year round. We wanted to know what set apart the restaurants who are well-rated on Yelp from others in the same category. We thought Yelp rating and tip percentage would both be proxies for customer satisfaction, but interestingly, that did not appear to hold in every category.
